New commenting system

I’m using Disqus for commenting now.
If you want you can test it out. You can reply and use threading now. You don’t have to sign up for an account, its optional.
Please note I DO approve all comments. If you are here to troll or spam, its not gonna get through. Also I log all IP addresses too. Just wanted to get that out of the way.
